Our Outdoor Rooms are manufactured from premium materials including a Light Gauge Steel Frame with Twin Insulation, Composite Cladding, PVC / Aluminium Windows + Doors.

Built with a light gauge steel frame, twin insulation, Double Galzed Windows & Doors and only the highest quality cladding, these rooms are suitable for all year round use and are sure to last a lifetime.

CONNECTED

Full data and power capabilities allow for great connect-ability. Electrical specification can be agreed at design stage but typically includes Recessed LED Spot Lights, Eco Smart Heaters and USB charging sockets.

DESIGN

Choose from our range of standard designs or work with us to achieve a design of your own. We have a flexible approach to design and strive to male your designs a reality.

Choice of PVC or Aluminium Windows & Doors in selection of colours.

Connection To Electricity Mains

This unit will be supplied ready for connection to mains electricity.

Data Connectivity

Data connectivity with CAT6 internet cables, router point, TV point and USB Charging sockets.

PVC Guttering and Downpipe

PVC Guttering and downpipe as standard with seamless guttering available as an optional extra.

Seamless Roof Membrane

Fleece backed seamless roof membrane with 20 year guarantee. Tile effect non-drip tin also available.
